Drag Shorts For Swimming

Men’s drag shorts or drag suits are used for resistance training.  Wearing drag shorts creates more resistance for your swim workout, forcing your body to work harder to achieve the same distances, therefore strengthening the muscles involved.  Train with them, then swim without them and you’ll notice the increase in speed and power of your stroke.
