Description
The Mad Wave Finger Paddles are a swim training aid that you wear on your hands to improve your hand action for your swim stroke.
The paddle will helps improve your “catch phase” that follows extension on all four swim strokes – Freestyle, butterfly, breaststroke and backstroke.
The finger paddles will create water resistance when you swim and also allow you to have more feel of the water whilst placing less strain on your shoulders.
Finger paddles can be used with swim fins to enable you to focus on your stroke technique whilst you have more momentum through the water.
